If you are considering a pool of any type, I would caution against using Family Pools & Spa in Gainesville, Fl. In my experience, once you have paid them, they are through with you.
The manager, has a short memory and does his best to 'forget' any complaints or problems you may have. Spent almost $5,000.00 on an above ground pool and have had nothing but problems with them. Wrong pool, wrong liner and filter system.
"Sure we will make any adjustments as we go along"!
"Huh? I never said that. I don't remember that"!
I have had the pool for 7 months, and have already had to replace the pump, the automatic cleaner has quit working, and they refuse to talk about the liner issue.
Plus every other pool place has chemicals at far better prices!
